Airport

The Port Hedland International Airport provides a safe, efficient modern airport service operated on business principles and in accordance with statutory requirements to facilitate an accessible and reliable regional air transport system. The Airport services daily Perth flights, charter and freight operators and the Royal Flying Doctor Service Western Base. Direct flights are also available to Melbourne, Brisbane, Broome and Bali.

Parking

Short term parking for drop off and pick up of passengers at the main car park of the Port Hedland Airport is limited to three hours; failure to adhere to time limits will result in $40.00 infringement notices being issued. Front of Terminal set down and pickup bays are limited to two minutes only. Longer-term car parking is available at no charge behind the main car park and overflow areas.

The Airport Operations Office is located downstairs in the Administration Building adjacent to the terminal. Open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4pm

Civic Centre - Gratwick Memorial Hall (Hire)

The Civic Centre Gardens (located behind the Civic Centre) and Gratwick Memorial Hall (on the first floor of the Civic Centre) in McGregor Street, Port Hedland, are available for hire for public or private functions.
